If you want to build a sexy round booty and nice toned thighs then give this workout a try.
Start with 3 sets of one leg deadlifts for as many as you can.
Then do 4 sets of close stance squats, 4 sets of 10-12 reps.
Finish with side to side hopping squats for as many as you can.
Rest 90-120 seconds between each set. Do this workout 3x per week.
