At the age of 22, Babette Beatty became the first Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl after posing for photographer J. Frederick Smith in Cozumel, Mexico and now, sixty years after landing the first cover in 1964, Babette is still receiving regular fan mail from her many admirers.
