Heres a great home workout for your legs and butt using two different types of Lunges. Start off doing 50 Stepping Back Lunges. Then rest a 1-2 min and do 30 curtsy lunges each leg. Each workout increase the stepping back lunges by 10 reps and the Curtsy by 5 each side. Take as long as you need to complete the workout. This workout should be done 4-6x per week for no more then a month.
