Awesome! AB Workout for a Sexy Stomach!

Heres an intense Ab workout to get you some lean abdominal muscles and maybe even a six-pack. This workout is hard and it works great. Give these exercises a try for as many reps as you can. Repeat this workout 2-3x for a killers ab workout. Do it 4-6x per week. You can do it with or without ankle weights but they make it more intense. Her ankle weights are 5lbs.
