Heres a great leg and Butt workout you can do at home or the gym with just a pair of dumbbells. 5-15lbs will be a good starting weight for most women.
Exercises:
Close Stance DB Squats
Wider Stance DB Squats
Very Wide Stance DB Squats
Do 3 sets of each exercise for 10-15 reps. Rest 1-2 minutes between each set.
