This is a great Butt and Legs workout that can be done anywhere; Home, the Gym, Beach, etc.
Do each exercise for as many reps as you can. Try to increase each workout. Do each exercise 3x resting 60-90seconds between each set.
Exercises:
Hopping Lunges
Side Step Lunge with Leg Lift
Stepping Back Cross over Lunge
Side to Side Hops.
